19 of Daniil Medvedev's 21 victories have been achieved on hardcourt
A revitalized the Russian player secured his first championship for nearly 30 months with a win over opponent Moutet in the tournament final.
Medvedev, a former world number one, has had a difficult year, winning just one win at the Grand Slams and suffering a setback at the US Open.
His inconsistency on the tennis tour - and difficulties with his serving in particular - led to him falling of the world's top 10 and eventually separating with former trainer Cervara.
Presently collaborating with Johansson and Goetzke, the tennis star has steadily progressed in the last few weeks - climaxing in a hard-fought three-set win over challenger Moutet.
This represents his initial title after the 2023 Rome Masters and first on a hardcourt since spring of 2023.
Success also indicates he has achieved twenty-one victories at 21 various events.
"This marks the first occasion I'm at a event with my children together, so to secure a title is really nice," said world number 14 Daniil Medvedev.
"This title is in honour of my younger daughter my daughter, because the maiden victory I won when my older daughter Alisa was delivered was for her."
The tennis star, the former major winner, had failed in his past six title deciders, including in the German tournament earlier this year.
His retrieving play style and frequent emotional displays on the playing surface had caused some to question if his capacity to compete at the elite level was over.
However the player has made changes in recent weeks, making an effort to advance forward and perform aggressively, backed up by an better serve.
Medvedev recovered from a deficit in the first set against the challenging Moutet, taking 4 of the final five exchanges to go ahead.
The pair traded breaks in the second set before the challenger, bidding for his maiden professional title, took control to force a decider.
The opponent defended four early-game opportunities in a competitive deciding set before the champion won the break to 15 to secure the win.
Suitably, he earned the win with a rally at the net area, with his opponent failing to control a return after over two and a half hours.
